Hello, I am Vicki and welcome to my website! I have been fascinated by food from a young age. As early as I can remember, I was closely observing and participating both in my grandmother’s and mother’s cooking.
I was born in Greece, briefly raised in Germany (early adolescence) and emigrated back to Greece, in particular Thrace or Thraki, where I have been living ever since.
I pursued my cooking studies in London where I obtained my Pastry Chef diploma. During my studies in London I worked at various prestigious restaurants, including the well known restaurant “Ivy”, “Carluccio’s” and patisseries in South Kensington.
What I would love to do with my website is to share Greek food recipes and Greek heritage with you all! Hope you enjoy them as much as I have!
